NWG Microscopy Course “Imaging of the Synaptic Organization” Sept 25-29

From September 25 to 29, 2017, the third microscopy course “Imaging of the Synaptic Organization” will take place at the Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology. The course covers topics such as live cell imaging of the synaptic function, multichannel 3D STED, confocal lightsheet, single particle tracking-PALM, single particle tracking (QDots), Ca-imaging (GCaMP), FLIM/FRET, 3D image analysis and deconvolution, DTI, TMS, TACS, TDCS. In small groups you will learn how to optimally use these techniques, and you can address your individual questions and topics.
