From September 23 to 27, 2019, for the fifth time our microscopy course “Imaging of the Synaptic Organization” will take place at the Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology. The course covers topics such as live cell imaging of the synaptic function, multichannel 3D STED, confocal lightsheet, single particle tracking-PALM, single particle tracking (QDots), Ca-imaging (GCaMP), FLIM/FRET, 3D image analysis and deconvolution, DTI, TMS, TACS, TDCS. In small groups you will learn how to optimally use these techniques, and you can address your individual questions and topics.

Everyone interested and with a respective background is cordially invited. Participation is free of charge, however, travel expenses are not included. If you would like to join the course please register via email to cni-reg@lin-magdeburg.de.
